being without an actual home is difficult — probably more for the people whose space i’m invading than for me — but on nights like this, when i’m exhausted and i want to tear my skin off, along with my heavy heavy bag, and my clothes, and destroy my bike accessories, my excessive unnecessary shoes and all my packed belongings, then sleeeeeeeeeeeeep as long as physically possible, yknow, it’s rough.
because it’s late august, and i’m tired,
and i’ve given up my home and my job and my boyfriend and my city and my health and dental, and for what? a weird degree and a northern british accent, that’s what. throw me a brolly and call me mate, mate. i do hope this little adventure doesn’t land me in a box on the british sidewalk. i hope it lands me in a lime green Rav4, but let’s not say that out loud.
Friends, can you help me? A buddy of mine is thinking about buying themselves a new Honda CBR 1000 as their first bike! They have never rode much of anything else before! I said this is probably not a good idea for the first one, but they are adamant! What do you rekon, is this ok and would u maybe then just recommend good training lessons?
